User Responsibilities: By using our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information for tax preparation, ensure that all submitted documents are true and lawful, review your tax return for accuracy before submission, and retain copies of tax documents for your records.
Fees & Payments: Our fees will be disclosed before services begin.
Electronic Filing (E-File) Authorization: By using our e-filing services, you authorize us to submit your tax return to the IRS, acknowledge that e-file acceptance is at the discretion of tax authorities and understand that we are not responsible for delays caused by IRS processing times.
Limitation of Liability: We strive to provide accurate and reliable tax services. However, we are not liable for: tax penalties, interest, or liabilities resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you, delays or failures in electronic tax return acceptance and errors due to changes in tax laws after service completion. Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for our tax services.
